Space Planning
We begin with a detailed analysis of spatial requirements to develop functional, efficient floor plans that support how a space is truly lived. From circulation strategy to thoughtful furniture layouts, every element is considered to ensure balance, clarity, and seamless flow.
Concept Development for Interiors
Our design concepts are tailored to reflect each client’s vision, style, and objectives. Through carefully curated mood boards and material palettes, we translate ideas into a cohesive design direction that brings clarity and intention to every decision.
Material and Finish Selection
We guide the selection of interior finishes—from flooring and wall treatments to paint colors and ceiling details—alongside the specification of fixtures, fittings, and hardware. Each choice is evaluated for quality, cohesion, and lasting value.
Custom Design Elements
We design bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and built-ins that integrate seamlessly into the architectural language of the space. Lighting design and decorative fixture selection further refine atmosphere, proportion, and character.
Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
From sourcing furniture, window treatments, accessories, and artwork to coordinating deliveries and installation, we manage procurement with precision—ensuring every component arrives aligned with the overall design vision.
Project Management and Coordination
We oversee collaboration with architects, contractors, and consultants while managing budgets and schedules with discipline and transparency. Throughout construction and installation, we ensure the integrity of the design intent is maintained.
Post-Occupancy Services
Our involvement continues beyond completion, offering move-in support, evaluation of performance and functionality, and guidance on warranties and maintenance to ensure the space continues to perform beautifully over time.
